Managing Partner

Morgan has spent his career working with entrepreneur, founder and family-owned businesses. He has experience partnering with companies and teams across a variety of sectors including residential and commercial services, consumer products, restaurants and healthcare services. He is a fast learner, a diligent worker and is excited to lead a growing business and team.

Prior to founding Split Rock Equity, Morgan was an investor at Centre Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in businesses across the consumer and healthcare industries. At Centre, he worked alongside portfolio company management teams to achieve growth through a combination of organic and inorganic initiatives.

Morgan received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lafayette College where he also served as Captain of the Division I Lacrosse Team.

In his free time, Morgan enjoys fishing, snowboarding, reading and spending time with friends and family. Originally from Philadelphia, he is an avid Eagles fan.
